I feel the National Junior Honor Society NJHS would be a great opportunity to express myself and my abilities. I have many qualities that I feel would be a great asset to this organization such as responsibility, organization, trustworthiness, commitment, and positivity. I have done numerous things to help around my community. I have helped the less fortunate, teachers, and I even had a work experience at the Bay Pines VA.
I feel my service around my community would be a good thing to contribute to the society. First, I have helped those who are less fortunate in my community s several times. I have volunteered at a local soup national junior honor society essay example in Woburn Massachusetts.

During that experience, I did tasks such as grading, sorting papers, reading, and math help, during this period I had to show myself as responsible, trustworthiness, and organized.
I also volunteered at a church preschool for a while, located in Lexington Massachusetts. Here I helped insure children from ages ranging from safety, by watching and assisting them. These series of tasks shows independence, dependability, and trustworthiness. Finally, I had a work experience at the Bay Pines VA hospital where I worked in the linen department.
Here I did many tasks such as folding wash clothes, sorting things such as sheets, towels, and blankets. I rolled up items such as fitted sheets, national junior honor society essay example blankets. I was also given the chance to help with the scrub machine where I filled up the slots with scrubs.
I worked there four hours a day with a half hour for lunch. In conclusion, I feel my experience volunteering in my community would be a great asset to this organization.
